1. Do you deliver out of Spain?

We are so sorry! Currently we do not ship outside Spain, our deliveries are within the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. We do not ship to the Canary Islands.

2. If I have any doubts about how it works, where can I ask?

If you have any doubts about how Club Iris works or how to place your order, you can contact our Customer Service Department at info@irisbarcelona.com.

3. How does it work and how long does delivery take?

Deliveries are made within 48/72 working hours, from the moment you receive the e-mail confirming the order, from Monday to Thursday. If the order is placed on Friday afternoon or at the weekend, these days must be added to the standard delivery time. Holidays, as they are not working days, do not count in these 48/72h. Other situations outside the normal operation of the company: health, labour, or climate conditions could influence and delay delivery times.

When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, once the order is on its way, you will receive a tracking email from SEUR, which is our transport agency.

4. Can I return my order?

Write an email to Help online shop or to info@irisbarcelona.com, with the details of the order indicating that you wish to return it; our Customer Service team will give you details on how to do this.

Remember that it must be within 14 calendar days and that we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used or are not in their original packaging. If it is a pack, it cannot be divided, so it is necessary to return the whole pack.

The costs of exchange or return will not be assumed by us and the exchange will only be possible in the case of an amount equal to or greater than the purchased item.

Once we have received the returned product and checked that it is in good condition, the refund will be processed immediately using the same payment method used to place the order.

5. Are there any physical shops?

We do not have any physical shops, but we have customers who sell our products in Spain and in many countries around the world. You will find us in local shops, specialised shops and department stores 'all around the world'. Ask us where, depending on your location at info@irisbarcelona.com.

6. Where are our products designed and manufactured?

Our products are designed in Barcelona with love and some are manufactured in Spain and also in other countries, especially in China, depending on the degree of specialisation of each supplier, so that they can reach you with the best quality and price.
