Returns

You can return the products you want from your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the products and we will issue you a refund.

The products to be returned must be in the same condition in which they were received; unopened and in the original packaging and box and within 14 days of receipt.

The return for withdrawal will not be possible for reasons of hygiene for the following products:

– Products likely to have come into contact with food.

The costs of exchange or return will not be borne by us and an exchange will only be possible for an amount equal to or greater than the purchased item.
