1. Fridge: Save into the fridge until the moment of lunch arrives. In case there is no fridge, use cold freezers.
2.Heat: not opened neither closed. Leave the container lid above to avoid splashes. Never heat with the lid closed!
3.Coated meals and salads: Not advisable. They lose their properties and textures. If you decide to prepare a salad, you will better take the sauce, the dressing or the vinaigrette separately.
4.The cooking: You may try to cook your meals: legumes, rice, pasta… etc ‘al dente’. This way the meal won’t get overriped if you heat it on the microwaves. The stews are better for being transported for reheating than the plates cooked ‘on a grilled way’.
5.Security in your meals: use the correct boxes to transport food and to reheat it. The glass attract more users because of its benefits.
6.Hygiene: It is better to clean the container with water. In this way we avoid bad smelling and the waste don’t get in touch with the plastic.
