Hake with blood orange juicePrint This
- 1 hake loin of 200 gr
- 2 blood oranges
- ½ of onion
- 30 gr of parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
How to cook it:
Clean carefully the hake loin in order not to leave any bone. Salt it according to your preferences
Clean carefully one of the oranges and cut it into thin slices.
Squeeze the other Orange and save its juice.
Set a frying pan on the fire with a little bit of oil. When the oil is hot, fry the orange slices a few seconds on each side. Then take them out of the frying pan and save them.
Peel the onion, cut it thin and fry it in the same frying pan. If necessary, add some more oil.
When the onion is almost browned, add the hake loin with the skin side looking up. Leave it cooking for 2 minutes and turn it.
Add the juice and boil it for 2 minutes.
Set out the hake loin with its sauce in the Iris container and place the orange slices above it. Decorate the meal with the grated cheese.
Closet the hermetic container and now it’s time to carry it wherever!
